These are the questions we receive from account holders about their legal rights, data, and how our terms apply to everyday account use — from deposits via QRIS to disputes about session outcomes.

Yes — access to our platform depends on local law. You are responsible for confirming that your use is permitted in your region. We do not override regional legal restrictions, and accounts found to be in violation may be suspended.

Log into your account, go to Settings, and open the Help Centre. Submit a formal data access request there. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and deliver your data export within 14 calendar days.

You can request account closure and data deletion through the Help Centre. Note that transaction records linked to DANA, OVO, GoPay, or QRIS payments are retained for five years under our financial compliance obligations and cannot be deleted early.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, funds are held in place — not forfeited — until the review is complete. You will receive written communication via email within 48 hours explaining the reason and the review timeline.

Reach our live chat team between 07:00–23:00 WIB with your transaction reference number. Disputes are logged with a case ID and reviewed within three business days. Your payment provider may also run a parallel investigation.

We review our terms periodically. When material changes are made, we notify you via email and display a notice on your account dashboard at next login. The version active on logintotojitu.xyz at the time of your session governs your use.
