You can reset your password on the login screen by entering your email or phone number. We'll send a secure link to verify your identity. If you're locked out, contact support via live chat and they'll walk you through account recovery steps.

You can close your account anytime through Settings. If you have an active withdrawal request, we'll process it first. Any remaining balance stays in your account for 90 days; after that, we initiate a return to your original payment method.

Verification confirms you own the payment method and the account. We'll ask for a photo ID or a bank statement showing your name and the account you're withdrawing to. This step keeps fraudulent requests out and protects your money.

Deposit and withdrawal limits depend on the payment method you chose. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS each have daily caps set by the provider. You can see your limits in the Wallet section before you confirm a transaction.
